More than a prescription

Medication and lifestyle care that fits real life.

Medication may be one part of your plan, but it is not the only part. We start by looking at what you are experiencing and what you have already tried. We also talk about what feeling better would look like in your daily life.

01

Medication & lifestyle management

Evaluation, clear medication education and prescribing when appropriate. Follow-up visits look at how you are responding and whether medication or lifestyle changes need to be adjusted.

02

ADHD assessments

Focused assessment for attention, concentration, and executive functioning concerns, with next-step recommendations based on the clinical picture.

03

Anxiety & depression treatment

Medication may be part of treatment for anxiety or depression. Lifestyle management can also address habits that affect mood and energy.

04

Lifestyle management

We look at sleep and stress. We also talk about movement and nutrition, then choose realistic changes that fit your health and routine.

05

Mental health alongside chronic medical concerns

When physical and emotional health overlap, Dr. AK at Rise Integrative Health can consider chronic medical conditions as part of the broader treatment picture.

What to expect

A clear process, without the clinical overwhelm.

The details depend on your needs, but medication and lifestyle management follow a clear process.

First, we listen.

Comprehensive evaluation

We talk through your symptoms and goals. We also review your health history and current medications, along with the daily habits that may be affecting how you feel.

Then, we decide together.

Personalized treatment plan

We explain the possible benefits and side effects of each option. We also discuss alternatives and how medication can work alongside therapy or lifestyle changes.

From there, we refine.

Ongoing follow up

Track how you’re doing, revisit goals, monitor tolerability, and make adjustments when appropriate rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.

Reasons people reach out

When it may be time to explore medication support.

An evaluation can help clarify whether medication management, lifestyle management, therapy or a combination makes sense for you.

Anxiety

Persistent worry, tension, racing thoughts, or overwhelm.

Depression

Low mood, reduced motivation, or difficulty functioning.

ADHD concerns

Attention, focus, organization, or executive function difficulties.

Medication questions

Starting medication, reviewing an existing prescription or talking through lifestyle changes that may support your treatment.

You can bring the real you.

“I’m not sure what I need. I just know I don’t want to keep feeling this way.”

Medication, lifestyle & mental health care

Medication, lifestyle changes and therapy can work together.

For some people, medication makes daily life more manageable. Lifestyle management can support sleep, energy, stress and physical health. Therapy can help with the patterns and experiences underneath the symptoms.
