Financials & insurance
Therapy is a meaningful investment. We want the financial side to feel transparent and free of surprises, so you can focus on finding the right support.
Rise Up Counseling offers insurance-based care (including Medicaid), private pay and out-of-network options, with in-network services under BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare and Medicaid plans.
Our team can help you identify the right questions to ask your insurance provider before you begin. We may also verify benefits as a courtesy.
Start with what fits you
Insurance can feel complicated. This page separates the most common payment paths so you can understand the practical differences before scheduling.
You pay the session fee directly. This offers the greatest flexibility for specialty treatment, 90-minute sessions, weekend intensives, workshops and concierge-style support.
If your plan includes out-of-network mental health benefits, you may receive partial reimbursement. We offer detailed superbills for you to submit to your insurer.
We participate with a number of insurance plans, including BCBS, Aetna, Cigna, Tricare and Medicaid plans. Eligibility depends on your specific policy.
