A three-day intensive for individuals who are ready to make meaningful progress in overcoming Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder.
Rise Above OCD offers focused, evidence-based treatment in a supportive environment, allowing participants to make strides in recovery in addition to ongoing therapy.
Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychoeducation, and treatment planning built around you, participants learn practical skills to help manage OCD. Throughout the weekend, participants engage in hands-on skill building and treatment shaped around them, meant to support lasting change.
