ERP-focused treatment for intrusive thoughts, compulsions, harm OCD, relationship OCD, health anxiety, scrupulosity, panic, and generalized anxiety.
Gottman-informed couples counseling, behavioral strategies and practical guidance for families navigating anxiety, OCD, ADHD, trauma, and conflict.
Trauma-informed support that recognizes the realities of military service, public safety work, repeated exposure to high-stress events, and the impact these experiences can have on relationships and daily life.
